In all honesty yes I reused the connector and I definitely should have gave your credits on this. However all the rest of the antenna, the shape and the pod are totally different from your design.

Otherwise I would have reused your design in mines instead of doing a whole new assembly.

Feel free to tell me whether you are okay or not for me to reuse your connector and I will delete/repost the model (with a completely hand made connector) by myself. Again all the rest has not been copied from your model.

Anyway, I strongly recommend you to watch closely at the details and download the model to have a better look at my model.

Any time use are using anyone's models you must ask for permission first to use them since you are using someone else's work. This is true regardless if it is used here on this site or anywhere else.

Moreover when you are using the same part that *looks* like its connecting to the same other part (regardless of your hidden changes) the effect is that it *is* the same for anyone not knowing what you changed.

On top of that there is no reason in the world that you need the same external shape, color, and texture and my model. These are specific artistic touches that everyone knows and is why Apple sues other companies for even looking similar to an iphone.

It's not that damn hard to come up with something original unless you are definitely trying reproduce something, which in the case of my models is exactly what I am attempting and pointing to the original source for inspiration in order for ALL to know that this not my original work.

I salute you for coming forward and dealing the issue immediately and appreciate the consideration of communications. However there are many others that are on this group (especially in china) that are simply out to copy Intellectual Property (IP) without any regard to rights. This is well known throughout the entire world and unfortunately they feel entitled to it.

Now I know that you and others in your company work very hard in creating original work and need to be compensated for you efforts. This is not just fair and ethical, but also morally right.

Its important to showcase this where ever and when ever it occurs to let others know that they can't get away with it. It should be identified quickly and people's rights should be enforced.
