I usually stick to Fusion 360 rendering, but occasionally I use keyshot.

Unity 3D HDRP Realtime Rendering.
Not a render engine, yet very good results, and in real-time!
You can't import cad, but you can convert the cad into regular 3D file and then import it.
I would lighten it a little bit, details get lost in the dark....
I guess I'm the only one here using Redshift for Rendering. My typical workflow is Model in SolidWorks, Import to Cinema 4D, Render with Redshift. I also use C4D for my animations, rendering them out with Redshift.
