Engineered Yacht Dock Design for Rough and Variable Elevation Fresh water lake
Has anyone designed, or seen an effective engineered yacht dock designs for rough water and variable water elevation? Traditional floating docks are mostly used but seem like there has to be a better solution? See attached for detailed description of the problem....thank you!

In Europe common solution for situation like this is dock build from floating cubes.

It would require to be permanently anchored to poles sticked to the bottom and connected to shore by some form of free moving plank/bridge to access dock in various water levels.
