Hi Jinal,

Regarding the NX CAM is for CNC programming, just depends what axis machine you using and setting.

But you must know a few things and understanding

- translator code,

- modeling

- modifying / editing

- synchronized modeling

if u know and expertise in X-form command features will more advantage, cause will more helpful in CAM.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for information, i will use 5 axis milling machine.

The 3D part is already i have downloaded , i just have to manufacturer first on NX and then on machine for assessment of functions of NX.

For that i have to decide first material , surface roughness , stock part and geometry and the main problem is fixtures .

Hi Jinal,

If you import files you need to carefully cause of translator code have different from CAD software. So you need understanding for this, otherwise when you import times got problem, example:

- missing holes / features

- surface broken

- file errors

I preferred you do this way,

goto NX menu => new file then, => menu => import, select your file format to open it. This method will less problem. if you directly open the file format will any problems come out. Please to prevent this issued.

YOU HAVE TO MANUFACTURE IN NO. OF STAGE LIKE HEAD TURNING,TAIL MILLING,ETC
