You could start with Steve Marjieh's YouTube channel, "class A surfacing". Very informative, though I think he's move away from that platform to doing tutorials on Linkedin and through other sites.
One mistake I see a lot of people making is getting hung up on software. The tools are important and it's important to know how to navigate the software but good surface building is pretty universal in technique... starting with good curves. Anything you learn about say, Alias, will to some degree, port over to NX. And, there's a lot more Alias stuff out there on the surfacing side of modeling.
