Hello. First, you need to simulate the engine with thermodynamical calculations, you will get the mass flow rates and the pressures (and the temperatures).

Then, you can simulate each component (intake manifold, exhaust manifold) with these conditions (you can estimate the the valves have a sinusoïdal flow shape by example), in a time dependant study.

Thanks for the clarification. I have the methods to calculate all these parameters from both a scientific and a literary perspective. However, I require the ICE model along with its specifications to properly integrate the phenomena with a real ICE geometry in SolidWorks Flow Simulation.

OK, do you need the designer to make the model?

So, what type of ICE do you need ? 2 stroke, 4 stroke, wankel ? What's the point of this ? Why won't you design your own ICE ?

I need a 4-stroke engine, either CI or SI. I could draw the engine in SolidWorks, but I don't have any blueprints. The central point is that the design of the engine needs to be the same as the real engine.

And I haven't been able to find models or blueprints that match my needs. However, I have come across some scientific articles that are highly relevant to the research I am currently conducting.

Well, you can get pretty easily with maintenance manuals engines data, so you're able to design back around 70% of the engines. It's harder for things like oil pump and all, but for pistons, crankshafts, even cylinder heads, it's possible. For parts around such as intake manifold, however, it's way harder if you don't have the specific engine in real life. What's the objective of this ? Because if you want to create something new, you can still do it from scratch. Maybe you want to study the improvements of your solutions ?
