i need to do the flat, i know to do it but in the part of the holes which are in diagonal i can't to draw it in the plane area or better i don't know How can I make it so that those who manufacture it understand it?

Are you saying you need to create a land for a screw? If so, you could use a counter-bore feature in hole wizard

i only need manufacturing draw which can understand the person who will make it

YOU NEED TO CREATE DRAWING FILE AND THEN IN THE DRAWING FILE CREATE SECTION VIEW AS I ILLUSTRATED IN THE ATTACHED PICTURE. TO USE SECTION VIEW AND LEARN THE FEATURE'S OPTIONS REFER TO SOLIDWORKS HELP.

I did not understand that part, like what do you mean by flat?. As for the rest of the pictures, do you want that the small hole passes through the fixture's hole so that both of them connect.

It would be helpful if you post the stl or step files and the hole you have made with the end product images. And also mention once again which part you want to draw!!

This was the result I needed, I needed a flat that was understandable to the person who was going to manufacture it, in the middle of each hole I made a section view in which I drew the path that followed the holes using the plane of the connectors and was everything I had to do.
