I Need help
How to make elliptical lubrication channels in holes.
(Is not spiral channel)
On solidworks 2013

You can create an ellipse using the "Projected Curve" feature by projecting a line onto the inner face of the cylinder.

After that, you can create a "Swept Cut" using a circular profile and the resulting curve as the path.
