This model is very poorly designed. It is a collection of basic extruded and cut profiles, with a few fillets.
"Cloning" the models in SOLIDWORKS is possible, but it will take a few hours.

You should mention the version of SOLIDWORKS you want the model created in.
How are you going to modify the CAD data if you are unable to create these basic shapes?
