Your SolidWorks version is older. You can't open until you upgrade your SolidWorks. No solution is available. I hate this thing about SolidWorks.
I have SW 2020. I can help you out if you want to convert it to Common File. Like STP or IGES. Then you would be able to open it in your Solidworks. Send me file to me in a personal message. Enjoy.

There is no direct solution for this. Solidworks cannot open files saved by newer versions of it. There is only one exception: the last update of SW can open files saved by the next version.
E.g. Solidworks 2015 Sp5.0 can open SW2016 files.
You have to find someone with a version new enough to open the file, and have him exported it in some common 3D format (step, Iges or parasolid) that you can handle.
