I originally received a STP file of a stamped and formed contact for an electrical connector that I need to build a single stage stamping die for.

I created a "Flat Blank" pattern part in SW 2019 Sheetmetal with the step transition areas as shown in the attached ppt. file. However I have issues when I try to roll the part into a round contact pin. I can provide the SW 2019 part and I hope someone can help on this.
