I do not know how to design it
Circle 40 mm
Height 10 mm
Thank you all
Hi Jason
Unfortunately I could not make a mold of the piece you
May you also submit the template?
I want to make it with a 3D printer to produce sweets
I'm not a professional in Solidworks
And I could not open the main part in solid
Because of the lack of uniformity version
Hello again Arvin,
I have made a cavity mold for you this time also so it is really straight forward. Scrap the old files and download the new set of files I have just uploaded.
I have made an STL file of the mold for you. Simply upload this to your 3D printer software and it is ready to print.
If you have any issues let me know.
Good luck regards Jason
Glad to help Arvin,
Hello again
I am very embarrassed
Has a problem
Peaks and valleys of the scheme is too low
About 0.4 mm
The photo shows almost flat
Can the depths increase?
The second problem
The tip of the mold should be sharpened to cut the dough
Forgive me
maybe u get interested in mine design ,
if yes then now u have 2 dies for a product

OK Arvin,
I re-uploaded the files, I have done STL file ready for the printer.
Hope it works out for you.
regards Jason
thanks Mr.jason
I have another plan
It seems a bit hard
I think we should use the two-ply template
what is your opinion?
Hello Arvin,
Making templates is an option however if you like cake design have you ever considered diy vacuum forming ? You may want to take a look at that.

Regards Jason
Thank you
These vacuum devices are mostly used for chocolate and cake
I've already designed and built one
It can not be used for sweets

You sound like you know more than me about making sweets Arvin. I would say experimentation is the best way to go.
My expertise is Electrical, Mechanical and Systems design engineering.
Unfortunately, I am also a novice
I work in the field of electronics and mechanics
Manufacturing various devices for various industrial sectors
We have recently entered the confectionery product lifecycles
Making machine automatic production of bagels
These templates are the prototype of a series of templates that are closed on the device
Excuse me for my bad English
I understand.
Usually designing machines like this the devil is in the details. Texture, hardness, viscosity, shape, stickiness, temperature of the mixture you are putting in the mold will determine the final mold material and design requirements. The mold design for each product will be dependent on exactly what you are trying to mass produce for this reason. This is why mold experimentation is very important.
Yes, it's perfectly correct.
These templates we've built are working well.
We're having trouble with the second pastry
I do not know how they produced it
Double-ply template
Mr.Jason
Can you explain ,"How do you drafted the arc and circular interpolation?.
