Hope it helps im not exactly sure what they mean i just know what they are i hope it helps
No,this is different,an assay maybe...
1 = If the removal of material is not permitted the circle is added Rz 18 is for the peak to valley height.
2 = seems incomplete but could be for roughness of the surface after machining but i could be wrong
I've never seen such a drawing in real :D,
Feature 2 should according to DIN EN ISO 1302 describe the [transfer characteristic]. (don't know if this word exists in englisch, but ist what it means in German... Maybe its just "transmission band")
Basically you tell the Quality ensurance - guy what machine-settings he has to use to measure the roughness of the part, by filtering out the "waviness".
the Pt 100 should be the profile-height, although I thought that PtMax is used for this.
Feature one is weird.
It could mean that the surface pattern is crossed. But then the dots aren' needed.
If you can, ask the guy (/girl :D) what he meant.
(....and to relax with the complexity of his drawings.
I usually don't use this kind complex annotations to avoid misunderstanding, and confusion.)
see this link for the .pdf of ISO 1302.

Thanks for suggestion , i want to know that what is the meaning of circle in mark 1 symbol which is placed at a as per your machining symbol .
The circle means that the surface is not machined. (like milling, drilling....)
the usual application is if a width of a part is not machined at all. you can also use it for coatings, or if the surface is made by reforming/deforming . (like bending...)
And rolling.
Looks like total hight of surface profile

It looks that it can be converted to Ra value.
