I want to challenge you to design a mechanic for the following parameters:


  • Design a device that is as simple and uncomplicated as possible to perform a 180° swivel movement using a cylinder


  • The cylinder itself does not have to perform the 180° rotation, but merely drive a mechanical construction that performs this rotation


  • The rotating component should have a hole of Ø 10 mm on one side in order to be able to attach a subsequent construction to it.


  • The following cylinder is to be used for the construction (add-on parts for this cylinder can be used as required):

  • Do not use any other drives beyond the given cylinder


  • The entire construction should be stable in itself and be able to be bolted to another construction as a unit


All missing information can be added by the user to a reasonable extent.
