3D viewer don't work with any files (step or igs) no way to upload model !!
No way to upload igs or stp never preview never 3D Viewer. On any brooser (chrome or safari). Since near one week (april 18 today) . Cannot publish files...
Older are still working and when i reload an old one it doest work.
Is the problem related or have we have to do an update? thank for response am very disappointed.

The 3D viewer has always been touchy. Just upload renderings of your work to show it off, and rely on those for visualization.
PNG or JPEG work but no stl or igs. Do i have to close my account and create a new one or it is definitively out. In that case I have to find other visualisation on line. Dont work any more no way to run grabcad. Am i the only one with this problem? really very disappointed... I try with other computers, other brooser ect no way. still like attached image...
We have the same exact problem.
We have uploaded one STEP file and it worked just fine. After reuploading it again after few minutes it is not rendering/viewer of 3D file is not loading this file at all.
I can see that it might be the conversion queue problem, but would it take more than 10 hours to convert STEP files? Is the queue that long or is it some other problem?
EDIT: Problem with conversion/Cloudfront? Even PNG files conversion fails (resizing).
