Adding sliders, creating cores, multicores in WF4 or any other PTC (Creo,WF) version

Can somebody help me with some short instructions, tutorial about adding sliders, and creating multicore mold. I have created cavity, but stuck now.

I do not have access to the proetutorials, since I am still a student.
