Aerodynamic simulation in tesla M3?

I have to do an aerodynamic simulation (Solidworks) on tesla model 3, I need a 3D model totally in solids (not surfaces) PLEASE HELP ME

You can fill up a model that is made only out of surfaces. Go to surface -> knit surface -> select als surfaces -> create solid body
