Any expert please give me suggestions/solution how i do this with CATIA?

This is a fairly simple part that should be easy to do with CATIA, or almost any other 3D CAD system. The two inclined features will probably require either a Plane or an Axis System.
Attach a picture of what you've been able to do yourself. And ask questions about specific areas that you need help with.
