Molding...
Injection molding? Blow molding? Casting.... There are many types of molding operations.

But, the first step for any type of manufacturing lesson should be the valid design of parts made via that method.

Take Injection Molding. It is of little use to be able to generate "tooling" in the software if there is no underlying knowledge of draft angle, undercut, wall thickness, fillets, sharp intersections, stress, material flow, knit lines, ribs, gussets, shrinkage....etc.

This is a good starting point document which covers some part design concepts. Once those are learned, then it is time to look into tooling and mold design.

This isn't too terrible, but most "mold tutorials" are so basic as to be nearly useless if you are looking to learn skills for real world applications: http://www.solidworksthai.com/board/attachments/Solidworks_2003_-_Mold_Design.pdf

This course looks tempting, It does claim a 30 day return policy, but I'd prefer to see a sample chapter before purchasing:

What kind of molding tutorial do you want ? If you are a beginner,I think the help document of solidworks can help you .
