Hello, good afternoon, I did not pass the simulation test and I have no idea how to proceed since it asks me for the global offset in y and the result is shown in the image but it marks me that it is wrong (I didn't put any reference plane)

If my Spanish is good enough... I thing the answer should be -0.01005 or -0.09132 (depending on your screen shot).
You entered the minimal amount of deflection in the exam even thought the maximum deflection is a negative number. next time animate the result to see what happens, it really helps.
And you can use min. / max. annotations to get the exact answer ( right click Displacement plot > edit definition > chart options > select: "show min annotation" and "show max annotation".
