Are there any files of a Metal 3D printer and also a 3D scanner?

I have been trying to find CAD for a Metal 3D printer and also a handheld 3D scanner. These can be generic as the files will form part of a VR simulation test so at least a basic representation of these would suffice. Is there anything like this available at all?
