Axis in part design sketcher mode is not always in 2D. CATIA

When I move the axis to some other location in sketcher mode it does not remain in 2D. How to revert it back to normal?
Photos attached.I have only changed the location not the orientation .

Hi friend, what is the objective to move the axis? why do you need to move this axis?

Because you are in perpective view. Change it to parallel view.

Change view as Parallel.

Try clicking on the normal tool in the bottom toolbar

Check the bottom toolbar
