Belt Driving Issue

As you can see in the attached photo, i cannot activate the driving option for the belt. The two rollers are connected with the belw feature and when one is rotating, the other rotating as well. I want to rotate the belt and get the rollers to rotate in accordance. The rollers are axially mated to a 3d line for the axis of revolution and to the side surface of the container in order to eliminate any other movement than the rotation
