Can anyone direct me to good surface modeling tutorials for soildworks?

I am pathetic when it comes to surface modeling.
If anyone has any tips/tricks that one should keep in mind while surface modeling please share.

The best I know of are the SolidWorks Bible series by Matt Lombard. These are available on Amazon.com.
