Can anyone help me with what is going on in my Catia Software?
I'm experiencing difficulties selecting edges, faces, or any other elements. When I attempt to select them, I must move and check if they're highlighted, as there appears to be an issue. I've encountered a similar problem with the tree, which seems like a glitch. I'm uncertain whether this issue is related to the software or my PC. I've attempted to resolve it by reinstalling the software, but the problem persists.

I've watched your video twice and I don't see the problem you describe. The yellow circle highlight seems to be right of top of what you are selecting.
This might be problem with your graphic card, especially if you have similar problems with other graphic-based apps.
With CATIA, you can try to adjust your settings. Tools + Options+ General + Display; and in the Performance page you will find some options for Picking. I suggest using the default Picking size of 4 and do not enable the Accurate Picking option, but you might want to play around with these two options.
