Can anyone teach me how to do torque calculation or analysis in Auto-desk inventor ? If possible could you explain it with video tutorial.

I want to check the toque required to lift a rod of approx length of 700 mm and weight of 9 kg. Please help me out. If any other details is required write it down in the comment.
