Can anyone tell me, how its made easily in CREO, SOLIDWORKS Software ?

I am showing the 2d drawing jpg file.. please guide me how its made easily..

The 15 degree bend portion is to be constructed with two separate revolve boss/base features. Also, it's helpful to construct it as a completely solid (not hollow) piece and then 'cut' the inner details after the outer geometry is complete, rather than trying to get outer and inner detail at the same time.
