Can somebody convert a 3d PDF into a Step or neutral file please?

I know it's possible with the right software, but unfortunately, I am unable to access the programmes. Would somebody with the ability please help?
I have a 3d PDF which I was hoping to convert for use in Solidworks to position the 'Gothic corner ruin' folly structure into a garden environment. Here is the link to the download / file attached

If it can be converted and supplied in a compatible CAD format, I can then finish my project.

Remade it in SW. The "bricks" don't exist in the SW model as they are added as a rendering texture.
Step file and rendering attached. Scale up/down as desired

I don't see myself adding a fake cathedral or castle to my yard.
