I would never limit my quest for surfacing knowledge to 1 software suite. Core surfacing techniques carry across platforms, albeit with slightly different names for similar functions. Catia, NX, Pro.. you could probably read a tutorial on either and build the same surface with native toolsets. I've done a fair bit of that myself.

Alias? Getting a little more specialized... but you can still glean a lot and, there's a ton of material out there, especially in regard to class A techniques.

Everyone interested in surfacing should know them... because they universally apply. Not tutorials per se, and not even flashy stuff, but good fundamentals and good fundamentals are the cornerstone to good surface models.
