I want to make a new pc build but I do not have the access to the equipment to make this nor do I know anyone who has ir to make it .please help if you can please

Is this the assembly you are talking about?
Asus ROG Ryujin II Custom Loop Converter
If it is, there are no threads specified/modeled, so you won't get any functioning parts made from the model in its current state.
When the model is complete, you can use a web service to have it fabricated. You just upload the CAD file(s), specify materials and receive a quote online.
