Can someones please design the orange anchor in the image shown

The small circle has a radius of 0.4380 inches and the large one has a radius of 2 inches. The thickness is 1 inch, overall length is 5 inches.....

a dimensioning picture would be good because to search for the required module and to draw it its such a pain in A.. so try to get the dimensions of the module
