Can´t change driven dimension on GrabCAD assembly
I needed some individual part of an asembly (Silk Screen Printing Machine by Phi Long) and i maneged to create a individual file part but i can´t figure how to reddimension it. I figure it´s because of a driven dimension but i dont now how to fix it.

You are trying to edit imported geometry. The part SSPM-32.STEP is not so hard to redraw, but if you don't want to redraw it use FeatureWorks and then edit needed dimensions in construction tree. Don't forget to convert part to sheet metal.

No entiendo bien. Ese Croquis2 lo hiciste tu mismo y pusiste una cota. Si fue así es lógico que la cota quede como "conducida" y solo muestre el valor, sin permitir modificarlo.
Seguramente adentro de la operación SSPM-32... hay algún croquis que contiene la cota conductora para el largo de esta pieza (o puede ser directamente la altura de extrusión, que se accede editando la operación correspondiente).
PD: ahora bajé el STEP (que era de todo un conjunto de piezas) y tomé la pieza que pusiste como ejemplo. Le hice un reconocimiento de operaciones (Menú Insert>FeatureWorks>Recognize Features...) y generó el árbol de operaciones que verás en el archivo SLDPRT (de SolidWorks 2017).
