Hi there,

I was pulling my hair out until I found The #3DPrinting video courses @Lynda.com. My advice to my GrabCaders is to get those video courses and start learning from very experienced engineers in the field.

Go and :

>Learn the basics of what 3D printing is and how you can use it to create amazing objects, from prototypes to working tools.

>Find out how easy and rewarding 3D printing can be. Learn how to print household parts like replacement knobs and hardware mounts at home.

>Find out how teacher Mike Hathorn is helping students transform from tech consumers to tech creators with a curriculum based on 3D modeling and printing.

>Transform your 2D architectural drawings into three-dimensional models optimized for 3D printing, with AutoCAD.

>Learn to scan a 3D object with your smartphone or camera and the free 123D Catch app from Autodesk.

>Learn to scan a person and turn the scan into a "3D selfie" with a 3D printer or with online services like Shapeways.

>Bring your product designs into the real world with rapid prototyping. Get a behind-the-scenes look at the machinery, and insights into techniques such as 3D printing, machining, resin casting, injection molding, and more.

>Get your models ready for 3D printing with ZBrush. Learn how to size objects correctly, save on material costs, and make sure colors print true.

>Learn how to create replacements parts for household appliances, furniture, and more with Tinkercad and a desktop 3D printer.

>Learn how to set up your MakerBot 3D printer, prepare models for print, and troubleshoot printing issues with the MakerBot.

>Learn how to prepare and print your 3D models with Photoshop.

>Prepare your models in Maya and then send them for 3D printing on Shapeways, an online service that ships reproductions straight to your door.

Good luck.

3d priniting is simple the object which u draw it was in 3d and Your model should be geometrical perfect, but you dont have too much choices with materials and model has good strength, surface can be smooth as per design and even you can test the model if its assembly

Like watching grass grow, on my my home built 200mmx200mmx200mm machine.
At 100mm/second using ABS, 0.5mm @ 247 ºC and heated bed @100 ºC
Abs once printed and brushed with acetone to seal it works well.
Make sure you don't brush acetone direct from the can, as once contaminated, everything ends up with a coating of whatever color you used.

I had a really hard time getting started too until I read a guide on the topic. It was important for me to start understanding 3D printing from the ground up to get my head around it.

Here's the guide I used:

you can render 3D objects you if you want maximum image results , but if you want to print out could have been in a setting in layout but the picture is not realistic maximum ... I attach for your example...thank's

3D Printing is used for prototyping of any product you have developed on CAD tools. You need to save your file in .STL format. Your model should be geometrical perfect, but you dont have too much choices with materials and model has good strength, surface can be smooth as per design and even you can test the model if its assembly. You can drill on it you can machine it even i have tried if may times. You can save the model in .STL format if you want to have a look you can use NETFAB software. The 2 models i have shown you are developed by 3D printing.
