convert mesh file to solid body

i need help converting this file to a solid body, who can do this please

I can't open SW files because they are Future Version You can try uploading them in 3D Content Central and you can download the STEP/IGES files from there.

I can convert OBJ to STEP/IGES in FreeCAD, but you can almost not work with at all. How about remodelling the part?
