CSWP Sample Exam - Calculated mass is wrong

Q1: My mass = 14207.34 | Answer = 14207.34 (✓)
Q2: My mass = 16490.47 | Answer = 16490.45 (✓)
Q3: My mass = 15100.46 | Answer = 15100.47 (✓)
Q4: My mass = 13171.37 or 13171.43 | Answer = 13206.40 (✗)
Q5: My mass = 14173.01 or 14173.08 | Answer = 14208.00 (✗)

In both Q4 & Q5, the 2 answers are for the 2 different directions of the chamfer's 30° angle. But I don't know which is correct.

BTW, Don't suggest checking similar questions coz I've already done so, but found nothing...

Error in part 4 is highlighted in attached image.
I avoid the use of multi-contour sketches, and the use of profiles when making features. They can be useful, but often make the part much more difficult to edit.

I made the models. I get the following:
Q1 - Mass = 14207.34 grams
Q2 - Mass = 16490.46 grams
Q3 - Mass = 15100.46 grams
Q4 - Mass = 13206.40 grams
Q5 - Mass = 14208.01 grams

My models are attached as step files so you can open them. Try overlaying my model with your model via Insert - Part. Or, create an assembly and put the parts over each other. If you change them to two different colors, any difference will be easy to spot.
As an alternative, you could use the Compare function. I think it is part of the Toolbox Utilities add-on.

A screenshot showing the Compare tool for our question 2 models is attached. One of our models has the X and Y values flipped for the OD of the cylinders.

A second screenshot shows a feature tree with named features. It takes a little longer to create, but it can make edits a lot easier.

See image attached by me. The gap highlighted should not be there. Fill that gap and you are good. I tried that on your model.
