Design of an Ocean Turbine Blade in Pro/E

You may design the same using extrude and sketch options in Pro/E wildfifd 2.0
You may go through the sketching options and modelling tools such as exrude, revolve , blend etc.

The optimum way to design this blade, based on your sketch, would be tu use a general blend with smooth transitions between sections. A series of extrudes would give very disjoint geometry.

Click
Insert>Blend>Protrusion>Parallel>Regular>Sketch Sec> Done
Choose Attributes>Smooth> Done
Sketch section 1 to up to section 9
Set depth for sections.
Finally click OK to construct feature.

But according your dimension, the curve not really smooth.
