Hi,
I need help for developing a sorting line for plastic pieces (Lego).
Three steps;
1) Sorting. This will be a process run several times, as it is needed to sort on size, product and color.
a) sort into article numbers
b) sort into colors
Sorting by use of optical scanning
2) Washing. Items will go into a drum, where water is sprayed into drum. Drum is rotating with "screws" inside. Idea taken from wood debarking process at cellulose factory in older days.
3) Items move then into another drum for drying. Hot air sprayed into drum.
Anyone catching my intention ?
And find it challenging ?
Will of course supply with more info if anyone feel interest in further info.

Not too long ago I design a Disinfecting Station for masks or otherwise. Not that this concept works for your application but you get an idea for the disinfecting concep of using a non-ozone UVC bulb instead of the "washing".
