Dimension at an intersection point ?

How do we create dimension at an intersection point between arc and line?, please see attached picture. I need to create dimension as red line.

Start dimensioning.
Pick first item (line or arc) without picking an end or mid point.
Move off the item and right click.
Choose "intersection".
Pick second item (line or arc) without picking an end or mid point.
Your dimension is now connected to the first presumed intersection.
Repeat above to connect to the second PI.
