Do i need to know the concept of analysis(completely) in order to be a designer?
I feel, little knowledge about the materials and the environment in which our design is used enough. Do i need to have complete knowledge on Analysis?

Good morning,
To be a very good analyst (using finite element ) you must have first of all minimum 2 years as designer engineer (CAD engineer). The reason is very simple: you will learn about tolerances, drawings, modeling 3D and 2D, you will understand better role of every piece in an assembly, you will learn and used materials, and other things very useful if you will choose to make the next steps as FEM engineer.
