does anyone know how i would go about created an injection mould CAD drawing from a plastic spoon CAD drawing using SolidWorks 2018?
Need to know how to do an injection mould CAD drawing using a previously drawn CAad model of a plastic spoon.

There are several mold-design-specific features that you apply to the spoon model to aid in the construction of the mold core/cavity set. Turn on the 'mold tools' menu in the command manager to see them.
To learn how to use them there is a Solidworks tutorial in the tutorials that come with the software, under the 'advanced techniques' tab. It's a curvy cordless phone case half so it will actually be very similar to the plastic spoon, model complexity-wise.
To go a bit further on Robert's excellent advice:
Learning to use the Mold Tools in SOLIDWORKS is not the same as learning to design tooling for injection molding. There is a very wide gap between those two things.
