Error message importing stl files
When I try to import *.stl file in siemens NX 8.5 I get a message: "File does not exist". But the file is there!!! Does anyone have an idea?

That error is given when you try to open an STL file directly. The correct way to do it is first creating a new model template (File - New - Model). Then select File - Import - STL. Browse the STL file you want to import, UNTICK the box "Hide Smooth Edges". Facet Body Type can be either NX or JT, there's really not much difference and the facet count stays the same. STL File Units should be the same what the scanner uses to have the model in 1:1 size.
