GrabCad print won't load after install

Installed GrabCad print for one of our engineers. Once the installation is finished GrabCad print opens to an error "Cannot bootstrap application. See logs for more details. I checked the logs but didn't see anything that stood out. If I close grabcad print it will not open again, no processes in task manager running. I have to uninstall and then reinstall grabcad print to get it to open. I grabbed the log files but not sure which one I should submit.
