Grabcad workbench desktop app doesn't open
I installed latest version of Grabcad desktop app for grabcad workbench. I double click on shortcut or right click and open/open with administrator but program doesn't open and there is no task in task manager. I'm using windows 10 education and i have .net framework version 4.8. I tried to turn off windows defender but it didn't fix.

Is your windows english? if it is not, turn it to english then try again.

Hello, although the language of windows is English, the application does not open. Can you help me please ?
