Group entry in a competition

what is the procedure for a group entry in a competition? Am new to it.... please explain. Would be glad, if it is a bit detail....

well i think the group must decide a "group leader" to upload the model and i guess you can credit other members in the description. if they win then the money is given to the group leader who decides how to split the prizes
