I'm pretty sure this wasn't made in SolidWorks...
You can make the model, animate it, then add the map in a video editor.
As for SolidWorks, you must have a 360 image to get a 3D effect...
You'll - then - use that image as an environment/scene.
Another way is to design a flat rectangle for the ground, then add a 2D image of the map as a decal.
