Help for moldflow of solid surface material

I am looking for help to understand the flow in a mold. We produce solid surface washbasins and showertrays with open casting and closed casting (under pressure and gravity). We have some washbasins where we always have airbubbles in the washbasin. Is there anybody who has experience with this?
