Dear Emmanuel, You can create a hull design using the free "Hull Designer" software at this site https://carlsondesign.com/projects/hull-designer/ You can export the hull design to .dxf and then design your interior and superstructure around that.
I am not sure if the photos are your existing hull, or just an example of what you want to create, but the software in the link will let you take measurements from the existing, and transfer them to your design, or design a complete new hull so you can produce a complete new hull.
