Help with Clean Green 3D Printer please!

Hello,

I would like to use GrabCAD Print software with our Clean Green 3D Printer but we are getting stuck.
We cannot add it using the IP address.

GrabCAD Print, File, Export is garyed out (why?)
Is it possible to export from GrabCAD Print to stl ? So maybe I can open the stl with the printer's old original software?

Has anyone have any experience with this printer?
