How can I ask engineers to help me in my job?

Currently I need a help from a structural Engineer from Poland who is responsible to wind load calculations. A valid constructional Polish license is required and skills in STAAD software are optional but also expected.

Vaidas, you can also go to the engineers page and filter engineers from Poland and send them a PM, if they can't help they may be able to refer someone else.
