HOW CAN I MAKE SPIRAL RING ALONG A CONE FOR THE USE OF LIMPET COIL?
I WANT TO MAKE A LIMPET COIL FOR HEATING THE CONICAL VESSEL BUT I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT THAT PLEASE HELP ME.
I AM WAITNING FOR THAT IF ANY BODY HAVE PLEASE REPLY ME. ITS URGENT BASIS. I AM WORKING ON SOLID EDGE ST8.

Star by creating a new part.
Then use the tool "Spiral curve" in the "Surface tab - curves".
You can define it completely, including the draft angle, by its paramenters.
Once the spiral curve is done you can use the swept command to create the limpet coil.
There is even an easier way, if you manage to create the part inside the vessel assembly you could "in part copy" the vessel surface and use it as a base surface for the elical curve.
